Vertically Striped Radio began 2010 by reminiscing about 2009. The Whale and Face Ventura helped me with a Magnificent 7 list of the Seven biggest stories in Sports, the Seven biggest stories in the News, and the Seven biggest stories for the Shek Republic on Dameshek.com.
We also went back to the summer of 2008 for a great moment in the history of Blog Talk Radio to hear Mike Dell of the LCS Hockey Show expound about how there was no way the Red Wings would get back to the Stanley Cup Finals...which of course, they did.
Finally, we had the Vertically Striped Music Recommendation of The Avett Brothers album "I and Love and You." which is an album I have become obsessed with this week. Flat out great music.
